Out in the wild, you need gear you can trust — and that starts before you even hit the trail. If your order arrives damaged, defective or just plain wrong, we've got you covered.

We offer refunds on:

Got an issue? Drop us a message within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll make it right.

A note on care:
Your OGS gear is built to last — but it needs a little looking after. Follow the washing and care instructions included with your order to keep it trail-ready for the long haul.
