Order Processing

Every OGS order is packed and processed within 2–5 business days of hitting that checkout button. During peak periods it might take a little longer — good things are worth waiting for.

Out in the Wild — Delivery Times

Once your order leaves base camp, you can expect it to land within 3–5 business days across the UK, depending on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. 

"EU: 5 to 10 business days. Selected international destinations (US, Canada, Australia and more): 7 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance. We currently ship to the UK, EU, and selected international countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not yet shipping there."
